How the check works

The check asks eight questions, two for each of four areas of a small business.

  • Sales & billing: how you make bills and know today’s sales.
  • Stock & orders: how you spot low items and receive orders.
  • Customers & follow-up: credit (udhaar), enquiries and past customers.
  • Visibility & marketing: your Google listing and how often you post.

Each answer scores 0 (by hand or scattered), 1 (partly organised) or 2 (connected). An area scores out of 4 and the total is out of 16: 0 to 5 is lots of manual work, 6 to 10 partly connected and 11 to 16 well organised. Your next steps come from your lowest-scoring areas.

This is a simple self-check built from your own answers. A low score says nothing about how good your business is, and scores are not compared with other businesses. It gives you a starting point for a conversation about your workflow.

Is my data stored?

No. Your answers are worked out in your browser and are not saved on our servers or on your device. Nothing leaves the page unless you choose to send your results by WhatsApp or email.

What happens if I send my results?

A message with your score and a short summary opens in WhatsApp or your email app, ready for you to read and edit before you send it. We reply within 1 working day and the first consultation is free. There is no obligation to buy anything.
